What counts as a workspace?

One workspace = one Gmail account + one user. Multiple team members or email accounts require separate workspaces (volume discounts available).

Do you store my emails on your servers?

Nikki fetches emails via the Gmail API to build your knowledge graph, then processes them on your dedicated infrastructure. Raw email content is not stored long-term by any third party.

Which LLM providers are used?

Nikki uses OpenAI models for extraction and chat. Email content is sent to the API for processing but is not retained by OpenAI beyond the request lifecycle under their API terms.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing with no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
